When we first decided to sell our home, I started with a well known section of the Press Enterprise Newspaper. I would read Bryan’s column and others. If I found an article that was helpful in understanding the home buying and selling experience, I would save it. Over time, we found we had saved  many of his articles and decided to add him to our short list of Realtors. We had some ideas of what we thought our house was worth and Bryan worked with us on deciding what the asking price should be. After a few months of showings, we decided to drop the price some. We had placed the house on the market in November and it was now January, leading into Spring. We started getting more offers with the same number of showings. I appreciated Bryan’s patience and ethical approach to allowing us time to make decisions and consider options before giving him our final word on many decisions. We sold at the end of March (with give and take by both the buyer and seller) and feel we received a fair price for our house. Since we were moving out-of-state, we wanted the buyers to be happy with their new home and not have to contemplate a long distance relationship after the sale. Years later, we’re still satisfied with everything, especially Bryan’s professionalism. He is a great guy to work with.
